How do I apply?

You may apply online or with a Leasing Consultant in person.

Can I have a cosigner?

No, you are not permitted to have a cosigner.

How long is my lease term?

The lease terms are 12 months or 7 months with a $250/ monthly short-term lease fee.

What deposits are required?

Your security deposit is based on a completed credit check. Approved Credit is a $500 Deposit; Conditional Approval is Equivalent to one Month's Rent. We have partnered with Jetty to meet your deposit requirement with a small, monthly or one-time payment. To learn more, please clink on the link https://www.jetty.com/.

Is renter’s insurance required?

Yes, renter’s insurance is required per lease.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due on the first of every month; however, we accept rent until the third with no fees.

How do I pay my rent?

You may pay rent through the online resident portal listed on the website or in person with a money order, cashier’s check or personal check.

Are any utilities included in rent?

No, there are no utilities included in the rent.

What utilities am I responsible for?

You are responsible for water/sewer, electricity, cable and internet.

Who is my cable/ internet provider?

The providers are Comcast or AT&T.

What if I need maintenance?

You may submit a work order through the resident portal listed on the website or by contacting the Leasing Office.

Where can I find a copy of my lease?

The Leasing Office can provide you with a copy of your lease agreement.

Do the apartments have a washer/ dryer?

Yes, our apartment homes have a washer/dryer.

Are single occupancy rooms available?

No, there are no single-occupancy rooms available.

How do I add a roommate?

You can add a roommate during the application process.

Is parking first come first serve or do we pay for a permit/ spot?

Assigned parking spaces are provided. One-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes have access to 1 free space per leaseholder. Three-bedroom apartment homes have access to 2 free spaces per leaseholder. Each additional space is $85 (4th Floor) and $100 (1st to 3rd Floor).

Who do I contact if I need help or need something fixed?

You may contact the Leasing Office or open a maintenance work order on the resident portal listed on the website.

Is the community pet friendly?

Yes, our community is pet friendly.

What is the pet policy?

The pet policy limits you to two qualified animals per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Pet owners must pick up after their pets, if not, a $100 fine will be charged per violation.

What are your restricted breeds?

Aggressive breeds are not allowed, including but not limited to: Akita, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Briard, Borzoi Hounds, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Cone Corso, Chow, Dogo, Irish Wolf Hound, Komondor, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Scottish Deerhound, Stafford Terrier, Presa Canarios, Tosa lnu, WolfDog Hybrid, German Shepherd.

Can I sublet my apartment?

No, subletting is not permitted.

Can I use financial aid to help pay my rent?

Yes, financial aid can be used to pay the rent.

Are your apartments furnished?

No, the apartments are not furnished.

Can I pick who I live with or do you assign roommates?

Everyone that will be living in the apartment over the age of 18 will need to be added to the lease.

Are we allowed visitors? Do they need a visitor pass?

Yes, a unit has access to 48 hours a month; after the hours are used, you will have to pay for visitor hours.

Can visitors use the amenities?

Visitors can use the amenities only with the leaseholder.

How do I access my apartment if I lose my key?

If this happens during office hours, we will deactivate the current key and a new key fob will be $100. If this occurs after hours, maintenance will assist but will charge a lock-out fee to open the apartment.
